Circle of the Sun investigates the work of three alumni of the Arctic Circle Residency, all of whom have ties to Maine and visual vocabularies related to photography. Artists Justin Levesque, Kathryn McElearney, and Shoshannah White create work that poses questions about our ongoing relationships with the land, emphasizing the critical point of Arctic ecosystems’ impact on our world in the era of climate change.
